- The Index
of EDP Cables lists the EDP approved cables for use on equipment. It
groups together all the cables connected to one type of device, i.e.
6000RTC, NCR 3000 RIO, etc.
- The layout
lists the Cable Type, Description, Connectors and Wires.
- The Cable
Type is the EDP identification of that cable.
- The Description
usually has the convention of nearest the system on the left and further
away to the right.

The Wires denotes the actual number of wires connected between the two
connectors. It does not denote the actual number of wires in the cable.
