RELEASE OF RIO DRIVER VERSION V1.02
RIO Driver version V1.02 is now available for general release.
This drive contains a full powerfail recovery capability similar to DTC powerfail recovery on Tower systems.
In addition all known bugs have been fixed.
This release is targetted at Unix Operation System 03-01 or better. It will not load onto a previous version.
Prior to installation existing drives must be removed using pkgrm.
With effect from the date of this Information Release:-
a)All new systems shipped with RIO must have this driver installed.
b)Area Supervisors are to arrange to upgrade existing sites.
