Problem with Virtual Terminals and Caldera Open UNIX 8

There is a problem when using virtual terminals in UniVision on Caldera Open UNIX 8.
Virtual terminals can still be used in UNIX, but there appears to be a problem
with file id's being consumed when using them within UniVision.
This could result in data corruption and GFE's

Until further notice do NOT log any virtual terminals on Caldera Open UNIX 8 into UniVision
