	REASON FOR CHANGE:	TO OVERCOME DIGIBOARD PORT CONFIGURATION PROBLEMS.

Reason for change

1.        A problem has been encountered with configuring digiboard ports to run at
           1200bds.

           The problem relates to the existance of two baud rate tables in the epca driver.
           They had to create two tables because they had some sort of problem with baud
           rates above 19,200.

           Change

2.        to configure ports to run at 1200 bds enter.

            'Ditty -fastbaud '

            Where is the full pathname for the target port. (/dev/term/a01s)

            This will enable the slow table.

3.        once the command has been issued then it will remain valid until the next time
           the system is booted.

4.        if you are going to configure a digiboard port at 1200 bauds then you should edit
           the following into /etc/rc2.d/s22epca

           #vi /etc/rc2.d/s22epca

           At the end insert:

           For each_port in /dev/term/[a-p]??s

           Do

           Ditty -fastbaud $each_port

           Done

           Esc: wq

           (tech serv ref: 20/11/1)

5.        this will invoke the slow baud rate table for each digiboard port and enable
           1200bds.

           Testing

6.       reboot and ensure you can configure baud rates as appropriate.
