| REASON FOR CHANGE | On units upto tracer no. 36-001655
it is possible that the PSU fan has been installed incorrectly. The result of this is that the airflow is incorrect. Air flow should be towards the back of the unit across the power supply. |
During the next visit or during commissioning the direction of the air flow is to be verified.
If the fan is correctly installed then when viewed from the side direction arrows should be orientated so they are pointing upwards and to the left.
Check that the airflow is correct.
Ensure full details of the examination is recorded on scs.
