Change:
1. The Information in this document supercedes all previous
Releases relating to SCSI adapter
configurations for 3416. It applies only to SCSI
adapters which plug into the EISA BUS. It does
not affect the configuration
or otherwise of the on board
SCSI adapter.
2. it is not envisaged that more than 3 controllers will be installed into the EISA bus.

3. It is possible that after configuration, using the ECU
diskette UNIX may not recognise
one or more of the adapters. If this is the
case then check;
/etc/conf/sdevice.d/SCSI
In SCSI, for each IRQ, ensure there is a y.
If there is an n then this IRQ has been
disabled.
Vi/etc/conf/sdevice.d/SCSI and replace the n with a y.
After filing the file away, relink the kernel and reboot.
4. Testing
Functionally test all devices connected to the SCSI adaptrs.
5. Recording action
Update on-site document as applicable.
