This is an updated
reissue of FECO COMMS#49/1. Remove pages 1 to 4 of FECO COMMS#49/1
and replace with FECO COMMS#49/2 pages 1 to 4
- INTRODUCTION
The Multitech MTL 1432 & MTL 2834 modems can be used as security devices, either
allowing access only by password, or a callback facility with passwords.
This is only to be used with the dial-up facility and not with the lease line mode.
The modem dialling in must be of a similar specification to the MTL1432 or MTL2834. There
may be problems trying to use the dialback facility with a modem of a lesser
specification.
