BROTHER 4018 DIP SWITCH INFORMATION
1. INTRODUCTION
Listed here are the descriptions of all the DIP switches on the Brother 4018 Printer.
The EDP standard setting is for Epson mode, shown on page two.
2. There are three banks of DIP switches which are located
underneath a flip-up cover which is to the left of
the control panel. OFF is to the left and ON is
to the right when looking from the front of the machine.
Bank 1 configures the RS232 serial port settings, Bank 2's main function is to
configure the emulation and
interface selection and Bank 3's
main function is to configure the national character set and LF/CR
settings.
